Anniversary League

Overview

The standard RSPS Leagues experience didn't feel right for with August, with the whole "milk a cow, get 10 points", "pick an onion in Lumbridge, get 10 points" thing. So, it will work like this:

• You will gain League Points for every collection log slot filled.
  • Getting 1 Dharok Platebody will give you points, but only the first time.
• There will be a large amount of easy collection log slots to hunt down, and they will get more difficult as you go.
  • Tip: 'Skilling Resources' has its own massive log to fill with every gatherable resource.
• As you gain points, you will fill a progress bar on the new Anniversary World Perks interface.
• As you reach certain point thresholds, you will unlock a Relic slot, with a choice between 3 different perks.
• More points are required between each tier, but the perks will also greatly increase your player's abilities to progress in the game.

What about all of the existing August perks? The existing perks are all still there, and work the same as before! The Anniversary World perks are another layer on top to make you stronger. Lots of the Anniversary World perks actually enhance the existing talents!

Rules

Player Restrictions

• All players will start as an Ironman.
• Players will start with a 20x accelerated XP rate, which will scale up as Relic tiers are unlocked.
• Accounts logged into the League Worlds cannot be logged into the main game worlds at the same time.
  • The League world will utilize the same technology that allows you to communicate and see players' ghosts on the standard game worlds.

Donations

• Any donations made on your League account will award Rank books being automatically added to your main-game account.
  • Any items donated for on the League world will not be transferred back.

Relics

Relics are a unique addition to the August League World, and DO NOT replace the existing Talent Trees.

• All existing Talents work the same as before
• The Anniversary World Relics are another layer on top to make you stronger.
  • Lots of the Anniversary World Relics actually enhance the existing talents!

Tier 1 (1,200 Points)

Passive Effects

• 15% extra Talent Point progression per level.
• 15% increased chance to successfully gather resources.
• Increases minimum hit when exploiting NPC weaknesses.

	Giga Gatherer	All gathered resources are doubled and automatically banked. Gathering actions are 2x faster. The number of repetitions while gathering before your player stops gather is doubled. Rocks and trees will never deplete.
	Production Master	100% success chance on all crafts. All gathered resouces are processed automatically. 15% chance to double a craft on success. All production queues are immediately processed. The Ingredient Saver talent has a 100% proc chance.
	Pet Tamer	+50% pet drop rate. Combat pets attack 2x faster. Skilling pets grant a 3x higher XP boost. The Bloodworm ignores all defence stats and levels of their targets.

Tier 2 (4,500 Points)

Passive Effects

• 35% drop rate boost.

	Ferocious	The chance to proc the flurry talents is doubled. Menacing Mage, Feral Fighter, Ruthless Ranger The Consistency talent minimum hit bonus is tripled. The Exploding Attacks talent has a 100% proc chance, and grants XP for damage dealt.

Tier 3 (??? Points)

Passive Effects

• 30x XP multiplier, up from 20x
• Double Superior Slayer monster spawn chancee.

	Savage	The Fluid Strikes, Quick Shot, and Double Cast talents can be unlocked at the same time. The attack delay is rounded down instead of up.
	Fortune	Gain access to a global mystery box drop table ::mboxtable, which has a drop rate that scales with HP of the NPC. +15% extra drop rate. +1% chance to double a drop. Opening mystery boxes grants 2 rolls of the loot table per box.

	Slayer Master	Slayer bracelets proc 2x more often. Always on task for all eligible slayer monsters. The Treasure Goblins talent has no spawn cooldown. Slayer instances are free.
