This guide does not promise to be the most efficient, best xp/hour, or best money-making guide. Rather, it is a good option for those looking for help deciding how to train their skills.

Training

Level 1-70

Players starting cooking training should cook the best available fish they have, up until level 70 for sharks.

Level 70+ - Sharks/Minnows

This section assumes that the [[Fishing/Guide]|Fishing Guide]] was followed Starting at level 70, players can begin cooking sharks or minnows*Link to fishing recipes?.

Prestige 1, Level 80+

Starting at prestige 1, level 80, players can begin cooking marinated fish*Link to fishing recipes? at the olympian brazier. Marinating fish requires honey. There are a total of 3 fish to marinate.

Bonuses

Bonus	Description
	Vote Buff - 20% XP bonus via the if the player is near other group members.
	20% XP bonus if a skilling xp token is used.

Speedy Gatherer	Tier 1 Skilling	Increases the chance to speed up your action when gathering by up to 60% at max rank
Infernal Gatherer	Tier 1 Skilling	Adds a chance to process resources when gathering by up to 25%. XP is gained in the production skill
Skilling XP	Tier 2 Skilling	Gain up to 25% more XP in non-combat skills at max rank
Persistent Gatherer	Tier 2 Skilling	Increases the number of repetitions while gathering, up to 75, before needing to interact again
Gathering Prodigy	Tier 2 Skilling	Reduces the level required to interact by up to -10 levels at max rank
Masterful Gatherer	Tier 3 Skilling	Increases the chance to gather a resource multiplicatively by up to 60% at max rank
