This build uses 135 talent points to maximize DPS for no-damage encounters and Slayer, ideal for bosses like the Giant mole and Thermonuclear smoke devil.
You rely on your HP being low (using a Dwarven rock cake) to trigger Berserker’s DPS boost while Aggression and Precision help to exploit enemy weaknesses for extra damage.
Renewal and Holey Vestments provide near-infinite prayer regeneration, though some gear with a prayer bonus is needed to fully sustain an overhead prayer.
When your enemy has no weaknesses, Unnatural Selection and Firebender are good alternatives to meet the Tier 5 point requirement.
Alternatively, if you're concerned about taking damage or don't want to use a Dwarven rock cake, you can replace your Tier 5 pick with Guardian or Executioner.
