Scurrius' spine is used to craft a number of early game weapons. It drops from Scurrius.
Each weapon is crafted at a different station. The Bone mace is smithed on an Anvil (in the crafting area or via a Personal anvil), found as the last option under the Runite menu. The Bone staff is made at the Warding Obelisk in the crafting area south-east of home, under the Basic tab. The Bone shortbow is fletched at the Fletching Table south-east of the home teleport, found as the last option under the Yew tab.
