Random event

August random events offer modest rewards in exchange for interaction within the game. Currently, there are two random events in August: the Sandwich Lady and Rick Turpentine.

Failure to interact with a random event within a minute of it spawning will result in your player being teleported to the home area.

Players can choose to dismiss random events, however doing so does not currently count toward Achievements or High score totals.
