All methods for training Prayer do not have any level requirements.
Burying Bones
I'm not sure what to say about this. Bury the bones.
Altar Offering
If you don't want to bury bones, you can also offer them to the altar at home.
Bonecrusher
If you don't want to do either of those options, you can use a Bonecrusher as well.

Bonuses
