Contracts (or Yama contracts) are rewards from Dossiers, and are rarely awarded when killing Yama.
Each contract has a different effect, increasing the difficulty of the Yama fight in exchange for guaranteed rewards.

Note: in addition to the below effect of all contracts, the Sage's axe and drop tokens are ineffective vs Yama in all contracts.
