The Tonalztics of ralos is a tier 100 ranged weapon. It must be charged before it can be used.

Special Attack	Attack Effect	Special Cost
Divison	Fire a powerful piercing blade that reduces the targets Defence by 10% of their Magic level.	50%

Hits 2 times with each attack, with your second hit doing damage equal to 50% of your max hit.
