In August, pets offer unique bonuses such as increases XP gains, fighting with you, picking up/burying bones, and increasing your drop rate.

There are three pet slots available:

  • "Default" slot
    • Unlocked by default
    • Used for combat pets, skilling pets, and some utility pets before their upgrades
  • "Skilling" slot
  • "Utility" slot
    • Unlocked by default
    • Used for Utility pets

Note that talents such as Guardian and Bloodworm do not take up these slots.

Combat Pets

In August, combat pets can attack enemies using their own combat stats and styles.

Combat pets are affected by the following talents:

Talent Tier and Tree Description
Pet Specialist Tier 4 Utility Reduces the effect of damage mitigation your pets experience on enemies by up to 100% at max rank.
Pet Mastery Tier 4 Utility Increases the max hit of your pets' attacks by up to 20% at max rank.
