Amoxliatl echo orb is an item obtained by completing every Amoxliatl mechanic achievement. The orb is consumed upon use and permanently unlocks access to the Echo variant of the boss.
Item sources
This item is not obtained as a monster drop. It is unlocked by completing all Amoxliatl mechanic achievements (see below).
