Sapphire shards are a common drop from Sapphire Beasts. Sapphire shards are used in all Sapphire weapon and armour crafts, and are also used to charge Sapphire weapons at a rate of 25 charges per 1 shard.

Sapphire shards cannot be crafted, they can only be recieved as drops, or by breaking down existing pieces of sapphire armour.
