Bolt effects

Enchanted bolts have a number of useful effects when used, and can have their proc rates increased when using items such as the Zaryte crossbow.

	Dragonstone	Hits with a dragonfire effect that increases max hit by 25%.	33%
	Onyx	Increases maximum hit by 20%, and heals the player for 25% of the damage dealt.	11%
